"What credit score do I need to get a lower rate?"

Yes...In most cases you can borrow up to 95% of the homes appraised value and use the cash for any reason!

"How much is this going to cost me?"

All costs are included in the loan, and are standard to any other type of home financing ! (In some cases it may be required that you pay the appraisal at time of service, this all depends on the appraisers policy)

"I found a great deal on a used double wide, can you help me buy this and place it on my land?"

Even though you found a great price on a used one, it may cost you the same to go ahead and buy a new one, as the interest rates on a used home can reach as high as 14%. What you save on the price of the home you will cost yourself in interest. This is a case by case loan as we currently have very limited resources when it comes to this type of financing, a lot of factors come into play and it is best that you call to speak with someone in detail.

"My home is not on a permanent foundation, can you still help me?"

YES! We have some programs available that do not require this, but in most cases it is in your best interest over the long run to have the home placed on a permanent foundation, and we can help! We will do all the work for you and arrange everything and the best part is we will include the cost of the new foundation in your new loan so it costs you nothing out of pocket!
